Bare Cove Park
This beautiful conservation land should be preserved for wildlife & future generations, not exploited for new development.

For over 50 years, Bare Cove has been designated an "Area of Critical Environmental Concern" by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
We would love to see the Town of Hingham construct a new 28,000 sf senior center with access roads, pickleball courts and parking for 200+ cars. We just do not believe that this development should be sited within a nature preserve, nor involve the clear cutting of acres of forest in what is currently conservation land.
Bare Cove is home to wildlife such as owls, foxes, migratory songbirds and endangered butterflies. Let's keep it that way for future generations! We are a grass roots, non-profit organization comprised of local residents who'd like to help in this effort.
